Ms. Rodriguez is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in General Psychology from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Counselor by the standards and requirements established by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). In her practice she uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in combination with varied techniques from mindfulness and positive psychology approaches. Her main focus is to help veterans manage varied mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder, among others. Ms. Rodriguez strives to create an environment where veterans can feel safe, respected, and heard in order to promote growth and healing within the therapeutic process.
